From One Home to Many
Shotz Properties began in 1998 when James and Maria Shotz purchased their first rental property in Benton City. What started as a small family investment has grown into a respected local business managing over 30 properties throughout the Benton City area.
Unlike large corporate property managers, we've intentionally kept our business small and family-operated. This allows us to maintain personal relationships with our tenants and provide the level of service and care that's often missing in today's rental market.
Today, the second generation of the Shotz family has joined the business, bringing fresh perspectives while maintaining our core values of integrity, quality, and community-focused property management.
